Do I need an appointment for shop visit? Can I just walk in?
We recommend making a booking in advance. In that way, our staff could prepare your order record and appropriate fabrics before your arrival. However, walk in clients are also welcomed.
No, there is no minimum order.
The price depends on the quality of the chosen fabric. Suits start from HKD 3880, Shirts from HKD 628.
Normally we can complete an order in around 2 - 5 business days. However, if time is not an issue, please reserve 8 - 12 days for custom tailored suits. If you need your order urgently, please send in your request and we will do our best to fit your schedule.

We can only confirm the time required to complete your order once we have understood your requirements and contacted you in person.
Yes, shipping cost will be borne by clients, which is 4 - 8% on top of purchase amount. Cosmo Circle Custom Tailor is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred from importing goods internationally.
Either deposit or full pay are welcome while ordering.
Ways of payment are as below:

1) In Store: cash or credit card

2) Overseas Purchase: credit card/ PayPal
*Credit card is the fastest and best method for overseas purchase

3) Bank transfer is acceptable. However, Cosmo Circle Custom Tailor will not be responsible for any incurred bank charges.
Upon your receipt of the outfits, we are responsible for outfits’ measurement and quality issue within 3 months. Please check your order as soon as possible and inform us if any defects occurred, so that we can provide assistance immediately.
We recommend dry-clean to ensure your suits and shirts last. For shirt, you may also handwash under 30°C and drip-dry it. Kindly remind laundry shop not to overheat the shirts. Otherwise, collar and cuff will get shrunk dramatically resulting in bubbling.
It depends on the laundry & care process and daily wear habit of each client. Usually our suits last for 10 years and shirts for at least 3 years.
All our fabrics are pre-shrunk before cutting to minimize shrinkage. However, for pure cotton, there is further potential shrinkage for about 1 – 2.5%, depending on the laundry and handling method.
We only provide alteration for our own product depending on the actual situation of the garment. It may not be possible and appropriate to do big changes on it. Alteration quotation will be provided after our master tailor’s inspection and knowing all the requirements.
We mostly make menswear, yet we make classic outfits for ladies too. We usually require reference photos and garment sample for ladies’ orders. The order can only be confirmed once we have understood your requirements.
Yes, Cosmo Circle Custom Tailor provides excellent workmanship on given fabrics too. However, special material such as leather, feather etc. must be communicated in advance.
Yes, Cosmo Circle Custom Tailor will endeavor our best to fulfill every request from our clients. For style features, please provide reference photos and we will discuss with master tailor on the possibility and incurred cost. It is highly appreciated if clients could provide sample outfits for reference.
